Lankara Clothing will give its customers the opportunity to exchange a product provided it is in a fully resalable condition. As you are aware, Exchanging garments could be a risk due to this Covid-19 situation, so we kindly suggest that you reduce the chance of having to do an Exchange. However, if you still need to do an exchange for the product you purchased. Returns should be made within 10 days after the delivery and in original, undamaged packaging. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange on the item.

Kindly refrain from informing us about an Exchange after 3 Days, because as per the Company Policy, we will not be able to proceed with it. Hope you can seem to understand.

  • Within the first 10 days of receipt, we will accept all returns except those deemed to have been damaged by the customers themselves outside of normal everyday use.
  • Please do take care that you pack items securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and with all original packaging (tags etc.). For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you to use the postal department or reliable courier service.

Knowing your correct size & purchasing that specific size would be the ideal choice.

Original Delivery Chargers

We will refund the delivery charge when a product is incorrect, faulty or damaged, but not when a product is simply unwanted. Note: Please note that the above policies are subject to change by the Management of Lankara Clothing at any given time without prior notice to the customer.
